What to Wear?

There are no hard and fast rules about what you should wear, but if you are comfortable in what you are wearing, you will be more relaxed during the shoot. One thing to keep in mind is that wearing a really busy print will take the focus off of your face. With that in mind, solid colors, or something with a small print works really well. If you are having photos done and there are several families within a family, it can be fun to have each family wear a different color scheme, which is what our family did in the above photo. Another idea for family photos is to have everyone wear the same colors, such as white shirts and blue jeans.
